Book Review | The Jaguar's Children

I can not remember the last novel I read, but for some reason The Jaguar's Children has been nagging me to pick it up.  It renewed my faith in fiction.  A novel seemingly about one border crossing problem tangles social, political and cultural struggles in a thoughtful, elegant and captivating way.

I picked up the audio version from Audible and I couldn't stop listening.  The performance of the readers really swept me away.  John Vaillant's fantasy world makes me want to pick up the phone and ask him if this story is real. I highly recommend it and would love to hear your feedback if you check it out.
